How do I scan for new channels/recover missing channels?

1. Press “Menu” on the remote control
2. Go to “Configure”
3. Press “OK” on the remote control
4. Select “Dish Setup” and Press “OK” in the remote control
5. Enter PIN “4000”
6. Select “Cablevision” Sat
7. Make sure the level and quality is > 60
8. On your remote control, press the blue button
9. Select “Auto Search” and press “OK”
10. Select “Yes” to delete all existing channels
11. Wait for the scan to finish

1. Press “Menu”
2. Go to “Configure” (press “OK”)
3. Select “Dish Setup” (press “OK”)
4. Enter Pin: 1111
5. Select “Cablevision” (press “OK”)
6. Press “Star 1” (“Favorite 1”)
7. Go to the right page
8. Check the “Menu” on the right-hand side:
   1. LNB Type: “9750/10600.”
   2. LNB Power: “13/18 V.”
   3. 22KHz: “Auto”
   4. Toneburst: “None.”
   5. Disecq1.0: “None” (in the case where only Cablevision dish is installed)
   6. Disecq1.1: “None” (in the case where only Cablevision dish is installed)
9. Press “Star 1” (“Favorite 1”) to get the frequencies list
10. Check all the frequencies level and quality >60
11. On your remote control, press the blue button
12. Select “Manual Search” and press “OK”
13. Set Network Search “ON”
14. Press “ Ok”
15. Wait for the scan to finish

How do I scan for new channels/recover missing channels?

1. Press menu on the remote control
2. Select "Installation"
3. Make sure that the "Main Frequency Set" is set (Cablevision for Cablevision signal or Econet for Econet signal)
4. Select "Antenna Settings" then press "Ok" on "Start Search"
5. Wait for the search to finish

To scan for new channels or recover missing channels, kindly follow below steps:

If some channels are still missing after having performed the Fast Scan, kindly the following:

Menu Scan

1. Press “Menu” button
2. Go to “Search” then enter the password “1234”

1. Press “OK” to scan
   If no, Go to “LNB Setup” and check the status for the below options:
   1. Satellite : Econet
   2. LNB Setup : Double
   3. LNB Freq1 : 9750
   4. LNB Freq2 : 10600
   5. Transponder : 12120 H 31250 (or one of our frequencies)
   6. LNB Power : Auto
   7. DiSEqC 2.0 : Disable (if he did not have another satellite connected)
   8. DiSEqC1.1 : Disable
2. Press “OK” to Scan

Menu Scan

1. Go to “Menu”
2. Select “DVB-S2X Installation”
3. Enter Password “0000”
4. Press OK on Auto Scan
5. Go to “Satellite”
6. Select Cablevision or ECOnet
7. To check strength and quality, slide down and switch FTA Only to “No”
8. Go to scan Channel and select “TV + Radio”
9. Go to network search and select “On”
10. Go to LCN mode, select “enable” then press “Ok”
11. Press Ok to save
