Subscription

You can subscribe to CV+ by purchasing a CV+ Set-Top Box “STB” or downloading CV+ app from IOS or Android store, open CV+ app and sign up to create a new CV+ account.
Start CV+ app and go to sign up and follow the steps or you can login to Cablevision click on “Register IPTV Account” and follow the steps.

CV+ has 3 payment methods for your convenience:
  • Online payment using a credit or debit card through Cablevision mobile application available on IOS and Android stores (auto renewal feature is available)
  • In our shop located at Corniche al-Nahr, Holcom Bldg., GF
  • Through OMT
No Cancellation of service is required. It will automatically stop once expiry date is reached
If auto renew option is set through Cablevision mobile application: You can cancel the auto renewal by opening Cablevision app, go to options, My account, Manage auto renewal once cancelled, the service will be cancelled at the end of your billing cycle.
Depending on your plan and on the platforms you are using, you may be able to stream on multiple device or platforms.

Yes, Video on Demand is available on CV+.
The catch-up feature is available on 15 channels only.

Technical Issues:

The recommended minimum speed is 8Mbps, noting that CV+ will require up to 4Mpbs
CV+’s STB is plug & play; however CV can provide you with onsite installation for an additional on-time fee.
CV+ service is available in Lebanon only.
CV+ does not require any dish or setup on your rooftop. All you need is an internet connection, a CV+ STB or a CV+ App to enjoy TV streaming
The resolution will automatically adjust to a lower profile to keep the video streaming running.

General Questions

EPG stands for Electronic Program Guide. It provides information regarding the scheduled program grid for the next 5 days with a brief description of each program. You may as well browse back in time for all EPG channels
For all channels, you can rewind to 2 hours.
For channels with catch-up enabled, programs are available from the catch-up catalog for up to 7 days.
The feature is available for all channels with EPG.
For the time being, you can tag a channel as “Favorite”; it will be moved to the top of the channel list.
When upgrading, you can upgrade directly.
In case of downgrade, you can only change as of your next renewal.
